I created 3 unfurnished, starter homes on 2x3 lots .
These were created for my eventual desert neighborhood inspired by real houses for rent and sale in Yucatan, Mexico.

Each lot includes any custom walls/floors and Maxis window/door recolors used.
This first one located in Chelam was the only one to have an actual floor plan to follow.
This lot has included in it an unreleased Breeze Easy Window recolor in Anna's Beige by me.
The Chelam House has an outdoor staircase to the roof which is fenced in so that it may be used in a variety of fashions!
Each house has a fishing pond as my simmies will have to gather their own water for sinks and bathtubs.

This one was originally a 'Rustic Beach house' that had been abandoned and was for sale.
To make it more versatile it is a normal lot in game and does not look as neglected as it did in the photos, though it still has the tin roof.
Many of the houses I found were tiled all the way through the house.
They also had 'Carpet tile,' where a section would have beautiful Talavera tile designs.

Each house has a small section of 'Carpet tile.'
The little backyard and fishing pond already decorated a little bit.

This one was a 'Bargain fixer-upper.' The bright pink stucco grabbed me and I had to use it! I needed starter homes that could house more then just a married couple and a child or two. So this house is the largest. It also includes an unreleased Arch of Antiquity window recolor in Anna's White by me.
A semi fenced back patio and fishing pond already decorated a little.
